MY NUMBERS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES

It is safe to say the Portuguese stars return has not exactly gone to plan, having not been able to net in two La Liga games since his return from suspension. How ever he has able to score two sublime goals last night in the champions league to help Real Madrid secure a win over Dortmund.

However he is growing frustrated with the lack of respect and constant criticism labeled against him saying  "It seems that I have to keep showing exactly who I am in every match,"  he said explained and continued by saying

I am surprised by what the public thinks of me, my numbers speak for themselves, I am an exemplary professional and I always have a clear mind.
"The criticism is getting worse."

Seems very odd to me having witnessed what Ronaldo has done for the club especially in the last 3 years. His contribution has been immense and he thus deserves all the respect he can get. The boo boys should also not forget that football is not a one man sport, thus too much attention should not be on one person.

Ronaldo deserves respect and more patience especially now that his growing older. However I still believe he can play at the top level for at least another 4 years.

Respect is earned, and he has Earned his.
